MAF is motivated by Christ's love and affirms equality for all human beings. We desire an organisation that lives out our values and models healthy and restored relationships in every aspect of life. We believe that every person is created in the image of God. This means we will interact with each other and with all those we serve with that truth in mind, and where we see injustice, we will pursue reconciliation.

We foster a culture where people can belong and feel valued, where there is equal access to opportunities. We engage with one another, other organisations, and the isolated people we serve in ways that value their dignity. 

We enable this by providing an inclusive, supportive and fair environment and workplace practices to accomplish God’s call for us to love one another.
