Peter joined the MAFI Board in October 2010 and was elected Board Chair in June 2019. He also previously served on the board of MAF Australia from 2002 to 2016. Peter is the Group Executive, Finance and Operations at AustralianSuper. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the finance and operations function operate effectively to provide sustainable retirement outcomes for the members of AustralianSuper. Previously, Peter has had various roles in the financial services sector where he has been responsible for the oversight of the operations for large pools of investment assets. Peter commenced his career as a chartered accountant.

Bill joined the MAFI Board in 2016 and also served nine years on the MAF Canada Board. Bill is a seasoned oil and gas and energy industry professional with more than 40 years of experience. He has held executive and senior management roles in North America and various other international locations. Prior to his retirement in 2011 Bill served as Chief Operating Officer, SE Asia and Lead Officer of Husky Energy, responsible for managing the company’s business activities in SE Asia, including exploration and production operations, large capital projects, acquisitions and new business development. Since retiring, Bill has served on the boards of several North American, African and Asian energy companies as well as Christian not-for-profit organisations.

Dennis is the Chief Pilot for Transavia, the Dutch low-cost arm of KLM. He is responsible for oversight of day-to-day flight operations with over 600 pilots currently in service. Dennis has expertise in safety and project management and operates within the senior management sphere as well as understanding the issues of actual flight operations. Dennis has worked with Transavia since 2006, in a variety of roles including operating as a pilot, instructor and manager of flight operations. He holds an aeronautical engineering degree. Dennis has served on the board of MAF Netherlands since 2012, holding the position of Chair from 2019 to 2021. Dennis is married to Jeanette and has three daughters and one son.  They are members of the Maranatha Church in Alphen aan den Rijn where Dennis is counselor.

Muana joined the MAFI Board in 2018. Having been born to missionary parents, he grew up in Debitola, a missionary station in Assam, India. After gaining a Bachelor of Divinity at Bible college, Muana served as a probationary pastor in Mizoram, India and went through missionary training and deputation in Australia before moving to Thailand in 2001, and he now serves as team leader for Global Interaction Thailand, based in Chiang Mai. Muana has an in-depth knowledge and experience of cross-cultural ministry. He and his family engage with the community through English teaching in government schools, participating in community events and sharing their lives with the local people.

Ndaba joined the MAFI Board in September 2016. He is an ordained Baptist minister and serves as Associate Pastor at the Rosebank Union Church in Johannesburg, South Africa. Ndaba has served as Chairman of the International Council of the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA), President of the Association of Evangelicals in Africa (AEA), Chairman of Biblica (formerly International Bible Society) Southern Africa, and a member of its Africa Advisory Council. He has participated in a number of forums addressing issues relating to social justice and ecclesiastical involvement, and is currently a research fellow of the Olivet Institute for Global Strategic Studies with its base in San Francisco, US.

Ralph joined the MAFI Board in June 2010 and serves on the Finance Committee and Safety Committee. He was a member of the MAF South Africa Board and served as Chairman for four years. Ralph works for the Investment Banking Division of Standard Bank in South Africa. He is currently with the Mining, Energy and Infrastructure team, looking at financing large scale projects or assets specifically in Africa. Before this, Ralph was with the Africa Regional Head Office of Barclays Bank, and was also part of a management consulting team on the banking industry across southern Africa, specifically in the area of implementation of mergers and regulation.

Steve joined the MAFI Board in 2018. He is also a member of the board of MAF UK. Steve has 30 years of business leadership experience in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. He has been a partner with both PwC & EY in consulting and a director/in senior management in the financial services industry (Barclays, L&G, & Cap Gemini). Steve currently helps to co-lead a small HR consulting unit within the Adecco Group, based in central London. He is a chartered director, chartered banker and a non-executive director/trustee of Langham Partnership UK and A Rocha International. Steve is passionate about aviation and is a qualified private pilot with UK, US and Kenyan licences.
